Getting tired of this kind of work, he gathered his millions and went globe-trotting for five years. During this time he traveled across all five continents and visited an astonishing fifty countries. He had yet to turn 30 years old.

Phil had long had an interest in poker, running commentaries for the WSOP event and co-hosting a top-rated celebrity poker show. His enthusiasm for the game meant he was always ready to teach others how to play it. Phil Gordon is also a successful commentator, TV and radio show host, and author of several books on poker.
